Description
The client is now looking for a Senior Software developer to strengthen the software team. You will work in a small team of highly skilled engineers developing future control systems from start to finish and maintaining existing systems.
Work tasks:
• Together with the software team, develop embedded software for current and future control systems
• Interact with other engineering disciplines involved in the development such as mechanics and electronics
• Define software tasks
• Execute software tasks
• Communicate progress
• Contribute to project teams
• Project planning of software tasks
• Reviewing current systems
• Present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
• Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes
Mandatory competence and experience:
• C
• Experience of modern C++(C++14 and later).
• Microcontrollers, or MCUs.
• Microprocessors
• Software optimizations skills at the System on a Chip (SoC) level.
• Real-time Operating Systems (RTOS)
• Device drivers.
• Agile development processes
• DevOps
• Test automation
