Our software department is looking for an experienced Embedded Software Developer in order to strengthen our Customer Support team. The Customer Support team is back office R&D experts assisting our Field Application Engineers (FAEs) in Asia and in the US. The FAEs are responsible for integration support and assisting our customers in achieving a successful solution. Your assignment will, besides supporting the FAEs, include implementation of new features and improving existing. Preferably you enjoy travelling to customer site from time to time, roughly 3-4 times a year, but most of your working hours will be spent at your home location which is either Malmö or Göteborg.
Your background
You hold a Master's degree within software development or equivalent and have 3+ years of working experience in the field of embedded software development. Excellent skills in C and genuine Linux/Android knowledge are required. We appreciate if you have experience from working in proprietary systems like Real Time Operation System and more specifically in Trusted Execution Environment. We also value experience in debugging, handling of device drivers and script development.
We expect you to embrace new technology, possess good analytical skills and have the ability to generate creative and well-structured solutions. You should be a team-player, but also appreciate driving assignments independently. Knowledge sharing is part of the job and good teamwork ethic is a necessity.
