You will be involved in developing cutting-edge applications for professional sound systems, used by elite musicians for their live performances.
As a senior firmware developer at Music Group Innovation Sweden you are a member of a cross-functional team that work with modern development methods such as scrum and continuous integration, in a creative and inspiring environment.
We are looking for several experienced developers to join our team
Your Responsibilities
• You will play an important role when it comes to developing embedded software for powerful amplifiers and other audio devices for professional use
• You will create reliable devices that comply with the severe requirements for voice guided emergency evacuation systems
• You will work with different operating systems and multiple-processor solutions
• You will be responsible for your software from idea conceivement to final product
• You will be a proactive contributor to a team in which energy and passion are dominant
Your Skills
• You are passionate about embedded systems programming
• You have a strong hands-on approach
• You are highly skilled at programming microprocessors with C, creating complex control processes executing in real time
• You can design and implement driver routines for peripheral devices such as I/Os and high-speed communication ports
• You have knowledge about network (Ethernet) communication protocols and stacks
• You are a good communicator, and you are used to document the result of your work with due discipline
• You embrace an open, team-based collaborative approach to mitigate issues and improve effectiveness
