We are looking for new colleagues to join our team in an automotive assignment.
As an ESW Application Engineer in the MDS SW team you will be part of the development team responsible of design, implement and test different applications for the inverter ECU.

Responsibilities
You will be part of a diverse team with members from different countries with different experiences;
Responsible for the application software in the MDS;
Develop different kind of applications to control the electric motor. Development is done in MatLab/Target Link;
Responsible for component tests in a SIL and HIL environment to verify the applications;
Responsible for documentation of the software in the central systems, to make it available for production and service market;
Requirement handling and contact with suppliers, as well as diagnostics;
Responsible for delivering the committed features agreed on during PI planning;
All team members share the tasks to be developed and the idea is that most people in the team shall be able to take on the different tasks, with some exceptions.
Qualifications
Required knowledge:
Proven experience in embedded software;
Knowledge in electrical motor control;
Good skills in application development in MatLab/Target Link;
At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
Very good at speaking and writing English;
Ability to take responsibility and drive tasks independently, but as part of a team.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Jira, Git version control;
Knowledge of heavy duty vehicles;
Truck driving license;
General knowledge about TEA2+ architecture.
