JoVKonsult is looking for several skilled embedded Linux kernel developers with 5+ year's experience in embedded Linux based systems development.

Job description:
You will work as a consultant at customer premise. The assignment is performed in a global and multi-cultural environment. As a member of the team you will be involved throughout the product development cycle. Your daily task will be analyzing software behavior and/or problems, propose solutions and implementation.

Competence:
• The applicant should have university level education in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent.
• > 5 years experience in Linux SW development using C/C++.
• At least 3 years experience in Linux device drivers development
• Deep knowledge about Linux/Unix/Posix userspace: processes, threads, file descriptors, system calls etc.

Plus:
• Experience in telecommunication protocols (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
• Active contributor to the open source community.
• Experience in Yocto
