We are expanding our business in Scandinavia and are looking for a person interested in joining our team. Right now we need one Project Lead. We are looking for someone who has already highly developed contact network with excellent knowledge of embedded technologies and who has the ability to think outside the box. We offer you the chance to work in a very dynamic team which gives room to be creative.
You will be involved in all processes that cover Project Lead:
• Team coaching
• Customer requirements breakdown
• Constant communication between all sites involved in development processes
Plenty of travelling will be required for this position.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of professional experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• Result and customer oriented
• Stress tolerant and flexible
• Ability to set up conferences
• Ability to navigate corporate structures to indentify decision makers and determine buying processes
• Ability to understand embedded technologies on technical and managerial level.
• Understanding of HW that is commonly used in embedded technologies.
