We are now recruiting a Sales Manager

This is an exciting opportunity. EM is in a start-up-position due to a reorganization and relocation of our main office to Skånes Fagerhult. There are many new ideas and possibilities to develop while working with this well know brand.

Your experience
Experience in leading sales development in general, and proven results in Retail Industry specifically are desirable. You might also have knowledge related to development of Brands.

Experience of managing sales development in good and tough market conditions.

Job Summary
To take strategic and operational leadership of sales development in all sales channels.

Key Tasks

Setting sales targets in line with EM growth strategy
Design the EM customer buying process
Developing instore managers/colleagues sales competence
Securing commercial activity calender happens in all sales channels
Developing sales strategies, activities, store format and sales solutions to support growth
Compiling, analysing and taking action on sales figures and forecasts
Collecting and working with customer feedback and market research
Secure Competitive pricing
Merchandising
Customer feedback, life at home and competitor analysis
Product launches
Sales starting and discontinuation
Give input on range development
Working together with range management and supply chain to secure the offer to the customer
