We are now recruiting a Communications Manager
This is an exciting opportunity. EM is in a start-up-position due to a reorganization and relocation of our main office to Skånes Fagerhult. There are many new ideas and possibilities to develop while working with this well know brand.
Your experience
You have successfully led brand communication, preferably in a consumer business (B2C).
You have experience of range based communication.
Job Summary
To take strategic and operational leadership of the communication process and EM communication in all media.
Key Tasks
Contribute as a member of the EM management team to achieve the best possible results, synergy and uniformity across the market in relation to commercial activities.
Setting long-term communication goals in line with EM growth direction.
Design the customer communication process.
Create and secure the long term communication road map to build the EM brand and achieve EM positioning objectives.
Through communication build and enlarge the EM customer base.
Create and secure the annual EM commercial calendar.
Secure the EM brand identity, brand values and brand experience in everything we do.
Lead the communication process to secure communication content in all media, traffic to EM sales channels and growth.
Lead the communication of our range to create growth, increase home furnishing interest and traffic to the stores.
Lead and develop EM customer insights and create unique EM point of view.
Develop the communication competence in the EM organisation.
Act as the EM spokesperson with media relations, ensuring a positive image and position for the EM brand within the market and general public.
