The Equipment Life cycle Solutions business within GE Healthcare Life Sciences Services is focusing on the acquisition, re-manufacturing and sale of used GE instruments originating from customer or GE demo stock. This is a temporary position for 12 months.
Essential Responsibilities:
The ELS Commercial Team is supporting the three legs of the ELS business; GoldSeal, SilverPreferred and Qualification Services by supplying: Strategic planning/business development (future look, NPI/NSI, go to market plans, product launches) Portfolio lifecycle management (new item set-up, ownership of all ELS items/product management, simplify portfolio) Interface with sales regions, modality, PM, legal, finance, marketing, QA, RA (training mtrl/sessions, co-ordinate campaigns, websites, Ext/Int newsletters) Pricing and Quoting (annual SPR process, FF quotes, GoldSeal/SP quotes, HQS-CBS quotes)Umeå GoldSeal/Service Depot Operations (Remanufacturing, repair shop, DOA/CAPA/TW handling, returned parts)GS-SP Operations/Execution/Logistics (support sales regions, trade-ins/buy-backs, SP process, moving equipment from customer to Umeå, inventory status, sales and opportunities)Support and co-ordinate the logistics and operations tasks within ELS commercial team.

Examples of tasks, but not limited to:
• Accountable for the maintaining of all records related to the acquisition of pre-owned instrumentation. Managing the logistics of preowned instruments buy-backs and trade-ins to move systems from customer site/GE site to GoldSeal lab in Umea. Keeping a file over where the instruments originate from, which customer, country, region, etc. Managing the global SilverPreferred product line, including:
• Being integrally involved in the logistics to move systems and quarterly execution of task.
• Work closely with the regional demo pool coordinators to work as a cross functional team related to SilverPreferred.
• Accountable for the maintaining of all records related to SilverPreferred products.
• Managing the charge-out file. Responsible for all aspects of the work regarding entering the data.
• Work with GSC to move equipment to appropriate warehouse.
• Managing the ELS Commercial sales Master file.
• Monitoring metrics such as Case Management and Trackwise.
• Learn how to use Smartsheet and implement that tool where it can make great impact
• Responsible for the item set-up for total ELS portfolio.
• Support the Equipnet solution

Tools to be used to be effective in the position:
• Oracle, SFDC, Bridge, Magic, Smartsheet, QlikView/QlikSense, Trello. Domo
