Technical Sales & Support Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
EntreMatic is responsible for sales of standardized components to
independent distributors/OEM's in Europe and to the ASSA ABLOY group companies.
We are expanding our technical sales & support to customers in the South of
Europe such as Spain and France, but also to customers in the Middle East.
In this position you will have the responsibility to give our customers the
best knowledge of our products by technical support, technical training and
having the right technical sales material. You tasks will be -
Telephone advices to installers, in service or breakdown situations -
Technical update on products to customers - Technical documentation,
information and updates distribution - Technical support for product and
pricelists - Follow up on approvals and product compliance to legislation
You will do some travel when visiting and training the customers in the
local countries and sites. Be prepared for 75 days per year. The position is
based at the headquarters in Landskrona, Sweden or in Spain depending on where
we find our employee. Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: As a person
you must be service minded with a strong will to make it easier for our
customers to sell our products. You are proactive, having a strong drive and
sensitive to customers need. We believe you are a good communicator, both verbal
and in writing. Preferably your background is engineering within
electronic, software or mechanic. You must have good communication skills in
English and Spanish. If you also know French or Arabic it is an advantage.
