Interface onsite in Gothenburg with customer and Lear remote Engineering teams in order to develop and deliver innovative cost competitive designs on time, on budget, and on quality target, while meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Employment in Gothenburg but working for Engineering Team and Manager in Valls, Spain.

Key technical customer interface on the design and support to engineering team
• Support regular meetings and maintain open issues reports and obtain closure to issues.
• Assist with the definition of customer requirements and assure team understand them in line with customer expectations.
• Coordinate/communicate technical issues with customer and provide feedback to internal engineering team.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Assist in Customer Design and Plant Reviews.

Growth. New business pursuit. Support RFI/RFQ
• Obtain competitive benchmark information.
• Obtain and communicate advanced information on technical needs.
• Identify future products and technology needs for automotive market and report to EPL.
• Support customer meetings on new products, RFI, RFQ.
• Acquire network and Key contacts within customer.

SW/HW Releases (Concerns & Alerts). Package and release parts into the Customer Engineering release system
• Update Load/Connector database in customer system.
• SSDS. Maintaining data into CarCom and supporting customers Method Engineers (VIDA/Aftermarket fault tracing).
• Release drawings/documents in TCe (Team Center).
• Support on site System Testing.
• Perform Acceptance testing in Box Car.
• Review & upload QOP.
• Discuss with customer activities to get concern released and tickets approved
• During prototype phases, review tickets created by customer to verify that P/N, program, coding, is according to Lear's plan.

QOP tracking. Initiate and support customer change management process for engineering changes.
• Collect customer information for the QOPs.
• Review content (up suffix, introduction phase, .).
• Release QOPs via SEM.
• Get information from customer about possible missing information, additional changes, required introduction timings.
• Drawing Review (Content, Format).

Support customer & Lear
• During prototype phases (Get vehicle build plan from customer, support on YB/vehicle issues, create QOP.)
• Support on functional build for Concerns and SREAS.
• Support on service parts definition, owner manual updates.
• Get data from suppliers located in Goteborg.

Quality
• Main contact to customer for vehicle build issues.
• On-site support for quality issues in Goteborg.
