The Opportunity:
We are in search of a highly skilled Electronics Repair Technician to join our New Product Introduction (NPI) team. In this role, you will be involved in the assembly, testing, diagnosis and repair of new products, preparing them for high-volume production. You'll need a sharp eye for detail, a talent for precision, and a strong ability to solve technical challenges.

What You'll Be Doing:

• PCBA Troubleshooting: Use your expertise to identify and address complex issues during test runs.

• PCB Schematic Analysis: Thoroughly inspect and assess our PCB designs to pinpoint problems during the troubleshooting stage.

• PCBA Repair: Rely on your deep experience to fix and boost the reliability and performance of our products.

• Hardware Testing and Verification: Ensure our products consistently meet our high quality standards through rigorous testing.

• Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate records of all procedures and outcomes and ensure our documentation is always up to date.

• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain our tools and equipment in excellent condition to enhance team efficiency.

• Time Management: Apply your strong organizational skills to make certain that all projects are completed within their scheduled timelines.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek and implement smarter ways of working, including the development of new tools, jigs and methods.

Who We're Looking For:

A tech enthusiast with a solid background in technology or manufacturing, who loves tackling tech challenges.You need to be well-organized, able to adjust quickly to changing priorities, and committed to maintaining a well-ordered and efficient work environment. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English are essential, as is the ability to work well within a team and independently.
