Are you a buyer with experience in electronics purchase from the automotive industry? Experis Finanace are expanding with additional consultants in purchasing.
The assignment will start immediately and will run for 6 months with good chance of extension.
Work description
• Assure compliance to purchasing process & task completion during development projects
• Cascade project requirements and targets to suppliers
• Negotiations with suppliers to reach identified targets
• Ensure efficient management of new and/or critical components including supplier selection and benchmark exercises
• Initiate supplier benchmark in order to select the best suppliers for projects
• Control supply base performance and ensure implementation of cost reduction opportunities
• Manage and support all assigned OEM RFQ's including all necessary supplier RFQ's as well as system data maintenance activities
• Execute regular supply management reviews for assigned projects according to process
• Contribute to the overall achievement of all assigned advanced purchasing KPI's such as cost improvement status
Who are you?
We believe that you have a at least a bachelor's degree in relevant field for the assignment with at least 3-5 years of experience in purchasing preferably within the automotive industry, especially as an electronics buyer.
You are able to analyze complex data and develop strategies to purchasing tasks as well as provide, receive and analyze information.
You have great communication skills, high willingness and orientation to achieve defined targets. You are flexible when it can occur related travel.
