Arjo product development site in Malmö is expanding. This site is responsible for the complete process of developing new hygiene equipment, for people with reduced mobility. We are now looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer ready to take a broad responsibility when it comes to electronics and embedded systems.
As an Electronics Engineer at Arjo, you will be part of a modern and dynamic development team, consisting of around 25 people, and be working with new product development. We work in tight and cross-functional teams where you will be working from prestudy until launch of finished products.

Main tasks as Electronics Engineer
You will be part of a modern and dynamic development team of around 25 people, and be working with new product development. Arjo work in tight and cross-functional teams where you will be working from concept phase until launch of finished products.
You will be responsible for electrictronics design which includes system and schematics design, component selection, supplier contacts, testing and certifications. You are a part of the project all the way from concept phase until the product is put to the market.
Areas of work may include design for motor control, wireless connectivity / IoT, and battery management, specification of PBC test equipment, and certification for EMC, electrical safety, etc.
You will also be in contact with third party test houses like EMC labs, UL, and TÜV.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree within Electronics Engineering or similar
At least 5 years' experience with electrical and electronics design
Good knowledge of electronics design methodologies and patterns
Good knowledge of electronics and electrical systems design including interfaces, cabling, and buses
Good knowledge of analog and digital PCB design for different applications
Experience of technical leadership in electronics design
Familiarity with Altium or similar electronics CAD systems is a merit
Experience from medtech or other regulated business is a merit
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Location: Malmö
You will be reporting to Director of Electronics and Software Development.
