We are now increasing investments in Product Development and are starting the development of a new product platform aimed at penetrating new market segments.
Job description
As Electronics Designer we offer you a very developing position in the core of our business. You will be part of our highly skilled electronics design team and will be working in projects together with colleagues from other disciplines like mechanical design, PCBA design, product software, sourcing and production technology. Products include various types of electronics solutions including microcontrollers and computer modules, graphical displays and touch screen technology with a range of external interfaces e.g. Ethernet, CANbus, USB, I/O and Analog Video.
Your daily work will consist of specification and design of the electronics part of advanced electronics products i.e prototyping, testing and validation and documentation. You take part in Product Development projects where we develop complete products from specification to serial production. You will be based at one of our offices in Alfta or Uppsala.
Your profile
You have an Academic degree within electronics/electrical engineering or equivalent. Experience from digital and analogue electronic design in several projects and from product development including computer-based solutions with the complexity of highspeed busses like PCI, PCIe, Ethernet and USB is highly valued. Good knowledge in Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement.
Other valued skills are knowledge of VHDL and FPGA designs, good understanding in programming of microcontrollers and x86 based systems, good general knowledge of control systems. Experience from MTBF calculation and Boundry Scan is meriting.
The position requires ability to work independently as well as be a great team player in multi- disciplined team.
