SQ-Quality is within Scania Purchasing responsible for quality assurance of new and modified parts, as well as securing capable production processes during the life time of a part
We are now searching for candidates to reinforce the electronic SQA team.
Your duties
As an SQA within the electrical segment you ensure that our suppliers comply with the high quality expectations according to ISO/TS-16949. You work closely together with our R&D in order to make sure quality is built into the original design of our products.
You create understanding of the product requirements by involving yourself in the development work, and you ensure that the requirements are correct understood by our suppliers and that their processes are capable to produce accordingly.
Your area of competence is electronics with focus on assembly processes, such as surface mount technology, through hole technology, final assembly and PCBA coating. Knowledge about EMC, IPC-standards and mechatronics will be seen as an advantage.
Your profile
We look for a candidate who enjoys the varying tasks of an SQA role, has strong commitment, works well both alone and in teams and can handle a high pace.
The position requires genuine technical knowledge and several years of professional experience within the electronic area.
Since travelling to suppliers is a frequent component our candidate cannot mind travelling, shall master English language both written and spoken, enjoy meeting new people and being able to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
