Electromobility is responsible for the development lifecycle from advanced engineering, product development into maintenance phase of Volvo's electrified range. We drive the transition from conventional powertrains to electrification and secure a stepwise implementation in different segments/regions. This organization develops and drives the electromobility component/product portfolio for all business areas within Volvo Group. Electromobility is one of the keys to achieving sustainable mobility for the future.
You will be part of an agile and approachable organization with skilled product teams consisting of some of the sharpest and most creative brains in the transport industry, developing cutting-edge technologies and electrified vehicle solutions that will change the future of society. About the Role
In this position you will be a key contributor to our x-functional maintenance team and lead the investigation work to correct and improve product quality in a fast and customer focused way. You will secure the root cause analyses, implementation and execution of developed solutions/quality improvements, coordinating and leading root cause analysis and investigations. In your coaching role, you will support our organization by spreading your knowledge and guiding our development activities to ensure quality in our deliveries.

We are looking for a person that has true passion for problem resolution for end customer, driving results, and cross-functional work. You should have the personality to act as a change agent, with the will to change and provide new thinking and views on problem resolution. You have a holistic mind-set and naturally understand the connections between different parts of the organization.
You also have a proven solid background and proven expertise in quality methodologies, techniques and able to spread your knowledge among others.
You also have a solid background in powertrain and electrified products.
