The Electromobility Organization is responsible for the complete development lifecycle from advanced engineering, through product development into the maintenance phase. We drive the transition from conventional powertrains to electromobility and secure a stepwise implementation in different segments/regions. This organization develops and drives the electromobility component/sub system projects within Volvo Group. Electromobility is one of the keys to achieving a sustainable mobility for the future.

Position Description
We are now looking for Program and Solution Manager in the Electromobility organization; perhaps you are the one we are looking for? You will be the person that helps the agile teams to plan, coordinate and release systems and components into our different applications.
You will work in close cooperation with a variety of stakeholders and solution providers, e.g. other Program and Solution Manager in Volvo, Product Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Aftermarket and Sales to secure the deliveries from our agile release trains or solution train. You will be responsible for the program performance and work with a broad perspective. The Program/Solution Manager has content authority for the Program/ Solution Backlog. He/she is responsible for working Customer needs, prioritizing Features, guiding the work through the Program/Solution Kanban and developing the Program/Solution Vision and Roadmap.
As Program and Solution Manager, you are part of the Electromobility Portfolio management team.
Responsibilities / Main tasks
• Understand customer needs and validate solutions
• Develop and communicate the program/solution vision and roadmap
• Manage and prioritize the flow of work
• Drive together with RTE the PI planning and also pre- and post-PI planning
• Work with System Architect/Engineering to understand enabler work
• Plan, drive and participate in demos (Inspect and Adapt)
• Build an effective Program/Solution Management/Product Owner team
• Support the agile way of working, per SAFe definitions
• Build and maintain a strong network with peers in Volvo Group
