Within the Electromobility department at Group Trucks Technology we work with design and development of electromobility systems and components such as energy storage, motor drives and charging solutions for Volvo group products. Electromobility is an important technology area with strong contribution in reducing the CO2 emissions in our society.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
High uptime is important to us and something that our customers expect. Within Electromobility we have therefore created a dedicated team that takes lead in securing that our customer vehicles are fully operational, assure that we get a deeper and better understanding of how they use our products and bring this feedback back to engineering within product development. This work is done in close cooperation with Technical Service, software/hardware development, vehicle development and many other functions.

WHO ARE YOU?
We believe you have working experience in electromobility and driveline development and that you have good knowledge about vehicles. Experience within fault tracing of vehicles and customer support is meriting.
Since you have close contact with our customers we see that you are customer focused and service minded and that you have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships. We also believe that you are action- and result oriented and can prioritize your time in an effective way to accomplish your goals.
Frequent travel is an essential part of the job and is something you are comfortable with. Furthermore, you have great communication skills and are a team player. You are a person who is always looking for improvements in our way of working.
