The Electromobility Organization is responsible for the complete development lifecycle from advanced engineering, through product development into the maintenance phase. We drive the transition from conventional powertrains to electromobility and secure a stepwise implementation in different segments/regions. This organization develops and drives the electromobility component/sub system projects within Volvo Group. Electromobility is one of the keys to achieving a sustainable mobility for the future.

Position Description
We are now looking for a Lead Project Manager in the Electromobility organization; perhaps you are the one we are looking for? You will be the Chief Project Manager that helps the agile teams to release systems and components into our different applications.
You will work in close cooperation with a variety of stakeholders and solution providers, e.g. Product Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Aftermarket and Sales to secure the complete project delivery. You will be responsible for the project performance and work with a broad perspective from AE, high-level prerequisites, concept development in the early phases to the later project phases managing planning, development and delivery.
As Lead Project Manager, you are part of the Electromobility Portfolio management team.
Responsibilities / Main tasks
Manage project management team, stakeholders and report to Steering Committees
Manage the project according to set targets and business objectives
Support the estimation work for new Product Initiatives
Support the agile way of working, per SAFe definitions
Build and maintain a strong network with peers in Volvo Group
And all of the above bullet points with a continues improvement step by step mindset.
