ALTEN in Gothenburg is now looking for a person with passion in automotive. Would you like to be a part of next generation vehicles? Then this is the job ad you should focus on. We are looking for a person who would like to start working with next generations automotive, this includes battery development, traction batteries, electronics development. You might have worked as a design engineer, lead engineer, project manager or with testing and verification within electromobility. It is a plus if you have experience in functional ownership, experience in electrical architecture and/or electrical systems. You should have knowledge about the product development process within the automotive industry. Engine calibration experience is valuable.
Experience from designing harnesses plastic/steel fasteners, isolators/protection covers and other parts for the battery disconnect unit (BDU) for both low and high voltage applications are meritorious as well as experience from designing electrical components within the automotive industry according to current safety and performance standards. Experience as wiring harness design engineer and high voltage experience is very meritorious. Other valuable experiences are knowledge in KDP, KOLA and Teamcenter.
Skills:
• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in mechatronics, electrical, mechanical or education of equal standards.
• High/low voltage experience
• Experience from Battery, driveline, transmission or similar components.
• You have 4+ years of experience in the given field
• You can communication fluent in English and Swedish
• Worked for at least 2 years in Catia V5 or Creo/Pro É
• Understand the product development process - automotive industry
