hela Sverige * Optimize the technical and/or mechanical performance of all new and existing Dryer solutions.
• Serve as technical lead/project engineer for major development projects or multiple simultaneous projects. Ensure that engineering design activities are coordinated per the development procedure.
• Create engineering 3D-models & drawings and specifications for new components, products and mechanical designs working with internal and external customers through the development and approval process.
• Work closely with electrical and software engineers, designing with system-wide perspective.
• Responsible for participating in or leading or supporting the following product development activities: Risk assessment, Prototyping/testing, Pilot Production, Design reviews, Verification, Validation, Pre-production.
• Evaluate design options and perform experiments to determine potential design feasibility.
• Work proactively to promote teamwork at all levels of the company.
• Strong team player who can incorporate input from others and can generate consensus through inclusion and ability to develop strong relationships.
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn from others.
• Ability to develop strong relationships.
• Demonstrated creative problem solving skills within team and independent environments

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electromechanical engineering and 5+ years of experience in product development.
• Good knowledge of CREO or CATIA needed. Strong understanding of CAD standards.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with mechanical designs involving sheet metal galvanized steel & stainless steel.
• Technical team leadership ability.
• Experience with plastic injection mold tool design.
• Interpersonal & Verbal/Written Communication skills in Swedish & English language.
• Efficient using Microsoft Office.
