As the Electrode Project Engineer, you will be in charge of assisting our project manager in organizing our
ongoing projects and related tasks, such us, Planning, Reporting and continuous improvements. You will take
the responsibility to collaborate with internal and external parties to secure outputs with high quality.
These projects you will be part of, are in high-level perspectives and ranging from Electrode Engineering,
Electrode Development and Electrode Process(incl. Electrode equipment design concept develop as well),
etc.
The person we are looking for is goal oriented, organized, structured, resolving problems and proactively

Key responsibilities
Overall areas of responsibility and activities
• Keep short- and long-term plans updated
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Coordinating schedules, resources, equipment and information
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each
project
• Book and prepare meetings
• Provide general support within the EE team on a range of project issues. · Working within a team and with other departments. · Transfer learnings and best practice between projects · Develop the necessary tools for progress measurement and reporting

Requirements Education or other qualifications or competences relevant in order to succeed in the job
Qualifications/education/experience
• A relevant college level education, BSc/MSc engineering or related degree
• Minimum 3 years work of relevant work experience in industrial environment
• Great English written and oral skills
Specific skills:
• Good MS Office suite skills
• Technical background or an interest in technical industries.
• Technical or project controls skillset is a plus.
