hela Sverige AGA Gas AB is looking for an Electrical Lead Engineer.
As Regional Electrical Lead Engineer within the department Operations, Project Execution you will be the responsible electrical specialist for our investment projects.
The Projects are carried out from the pre-study phase to the implementation, the projects includes industrial plants, focusing on air separation, CO² purification and H² production. AGA is also active in the LNG field.
You will be responsible for designing and defining the electric power equipment and power grids. You will also specify and procure electrical contractors and electrical equipment. As part of the project team you will lead and plan the construction work, follow up the assembly and participate in vendor testing and commissioning work of the facilities. In addition, you will also assist the AGA's technical staff and the operating organization with your specialist competence.
The role includes many external contacts with suppliers, customers and grid companies. AGA Gas AB is part of the global Linde Group and you will also have contact with colleagues in other countries. The role of the Lead Electrical Engineer is regional, which means you will be traveling to our different plants, mainly in the Nordic and Baltic countries.

Qualifications and skills
Master of science within electrical engineering and at least 5 year of experience from electrical engineering, preferably in an international environment.
Previous experiences from the gas industry or power plants including:
• Development of conceptual block diagram for earthing and design of earthing and lightning protection as per IEC
• Engineering of projects in proposal phase
• Simulation of PS studies - load flow, short circuit, transient stability analysis etc. on ETAP
• Preparation of single line diagram (SLD) and review of protection schemes
• Preparation of enquiry specifications, offer evaluation and engineering design approval of medium voltage equipment
• Review & approval of protection & control schematic drawings for high voltage feeders
• Transformer & diesel emergency generator design
• Preparation of electrical layouts viz. power layout, earthing layout, illumination layout for process plants and electrical substations
You have a structured way of working and a strong focus on high quality delivery. You are used to work both independently and as part of a team, and to take decision.
Fluency in English and at least one additional European language is required and Scandinavian language skills are beneficial.
