We are looking for a Electrical Integration Engineer
for our Services Division in Västerås.
The Services Division provides a full suite of products to help our customers optimize their asset value over the lifetime of the vehicles. We are the first choice for reliability, availability, maintainability and safety.

Your Role
You will be responsible for the electrical integration of all systems in the vehicle. You will work close together with the system and train control engineers to implement all required functions and ensure that all interfaces between hardware and software are handled and optimized. Your responsibility covers the electric circuit diagram for the complete vehicle and the corresponding wiring tables as well as selection of cables and electric installation equipment.
Your Challenges
As an electrical integrator you will be the key person for the coordination of the electrical design in the vehicle. You will be involved in the complete process from the start with the conceptual ideas to the installation in the first units. The coordination covers all functional systems and implies many contacts with all system and functional engineers. You will make the final decisions on the technical compliance, safety and fitness for purpose for the electrical installation, paying attention to initial and life cycle costs. You will also be expected to contribute in decisions on engineering changes in support of material or production cost savings.
Your Experience and Qualifications
We expect you to have a degree in Electric Engineering or similar discipline. You have at least 5 years experience working with electrical system design and circuit diagram design. You are used to working with design tools for circuit diagrams and wiring tables, El CAD. Fluent Swedish and English is a requirement.
