Become a member of the Global Radiopharmacy Service Team, impacting our customer
experience every day! The Radiopharmacy Service Team performs global
equipment installations and customer applications training, providing you
in-depth product experience and exposure to our global customers. You will also
be a member of the Global Radiopharmacy Online Center (level 3) team, providing
daily support to GE Healthcare field engineers who service customer equipment
post-install. When required to supplement field coverage or address technical
escalations, you will also go on-site directly for corrective action (CA)
service calls, perform Field Modifications (FMI's) and Preventative Maintenance
(PM's). This combination of responsibilities provides you with the full
cradle-to-grave experience in GEHC service, and allows you to gain perspective
from global customer sites. We're actively seeking new team members
with electrical engineering and background as a basis for cyclotron service, or
chemistry background as a foundation for chemistry synthesizer service. Prior
experience in radiochemistry or cyclotrons & physics is an advantage. There will
be formal cross-training and job responsibilities in both areas. Willingness to
learn and service the full Radiopharmacy product range is critical for the
successful candidate. The right candidate will bring expertise, positive energy,
and a commitment to improving our customer experience and our service processes
every day. Qualifications/Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in
electrical engineering or chemistry * Fluency in English required,
additional European languages highly desired * Ability to understand
and follow mechanical schematics and electrical wiring diagrams *
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with teams and
customers * Willing and able to travel 50-60%, based in Europe, but
will include global customer locations * Flexible work hours required:
includes over-night on-line center support and weekend service at customer sites
on a rotating basis * Willing to complete standard GE employment
screening: driving record for field or heavy travel roles, GE background check
and government background check if working on government contracts now or in the
future Desired Characteristics: * 3+ years of direct experience
operating and/or maintaining radiochemistry equipment * 3+ years of
experience working in a service capacity with direct customer interaction
