Role Summary/Purpose:
We are seeking an electrical engineer with manufacturing experience to provide support to production and quality requirements in existing production and improvement projects.
Essential Responsibilities
• Plan and follow through of validation work
• Represent production in development of new product project
• Participate and lead production
• Review design documents and complete registration requirement
• Manage deviations and plan actions for materials in production
• Drive quality improvement through identifying production challenges both internally and with suppliers; drive and follow up actions implemented
• Plan and complete tests for quality improvement
• Together with production staff, identify and implement cost/effectiveness improvements in the production process, equipment and product design
• Participate as Production representative in new product/product development projects and support review of design documents, proposed production effective solutions, establish production requirements and utilise relevant tools to secure productions quality
• Document quality work according to the organisations quality system
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Higher education certificate within Engineering with focus on electronics or high school certificate within engineering with additional years of experience with in production technique
• Experience within technical production environment within electronics production / equipment
• Good ability to work in cross functional team and good communication skills
• Both Swedish and English, verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of production quality processes within IPC standards preferred
• EU work permit
Desired Characteristics
• Experience with project management
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing of electronics and devices
• Good analytical ability
• Structure approach to work and good planning ability
• Knowledge of various computer administrative systems
