Your mission
As Electrical Engineer, your responsibilities involve responsibility to develop, implement and adapt our electrical systems in terms of hardware, system architecture and functionality to fulfill future requirements regarding for example performance, availability, and safety. The level of technology is high, and we use real-time control system software to control the machines.

You will work mostly in project form with new development projects, product maintenance, base development, and customer orders. You will have close contact with other departments in Örebro, for example service, purchasing and marketing, as well as contacts with customers and suppliers around the world. Creating solutions based on functional requirements, specify, and develop components in collaboration with sub suppliers and verifying the performance on the final product will also be a key part of your work.

Your profile
We are seeking engineers with extensive knowledge of electrical and software-based systems. You have a university degree in a relevant area or another highly qualified engineering background. We believe you have some years of professional experience within electrical and/or control systems.

You also have a solid understanding of mobile electrical systems, control systems, and system architectures. Knowledge of software development, electrical systems, and experience with CAD, simulation, and software tools are advantageous. Given the local and global nature of your contacts, verbal and written fluency in English is required.

To excel in this role, you are self-motivated, responsible, and effectively plan your work to meet deadlines. You have a methodical approach, enjoy combining theory and practice, and pay attention to details to ensure customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you possess strong interpersonal skills, thrive in a team-oriented and collaborative environment where communication is key.

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden.
