Would you like the opportunity to work with solutions which monitor all safety light functions on airfields and prevents accident as runway incursions? This is your chance, ADB Safegate is currently seeking a Electrical Engineer to our office in Malmö.
As an Electrical Engineer you will work with product development in the area of Airfield Lighting System, but you will also get the opportunity to be active within ADB Safegate's other product areas.
Job description
As an Electrical Engineer you will work with the development and maintenance of products that operate in our Airfield lighting systems to increase efficiency and quality. You will get the opportunity to follow the product all the way from requirements specification to operations at the customer. You will work both in solo projects and as part of larger projects.
Together with the development team you will have the responsibility to make the technical solution, do the schematic design, layout, firmware and perform the verification. We do the schematic and layout work in Altium Designer. The firmware is done in C language.

Education/Experience
We expect you to have at least a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, with a few years of relevant experience.
Experience in several of the following is meritorious:
• E-CAD tool; Altium Designer
• Test and verification of prototypes
• Development of production tests
• Software programming in C or C++
• CodeWarrior
• Subversion
• Measurements and lab work
• Simulations with LT-Spice
For this role it is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently.
On a personal level, you have excellent communications skills. You have the ability to work in a high matrix environment. You are self-motivated and you have the ability to plan and execute activities with minimal supervision. You strive to deliver results. We place great emphasis on personal qualities for this role.
