You will work together in the different project development teams and be in charge of organising and negotiating the grid connection agreements necessary to connect the projects in the Swedish portfolio. You will support the project development teams regarding electrical work questions and connection of wind farms from a technical and economical point of view.
You will plan and attend meetings with Local, Regional or National Grid Companies.
Qualifications
• You are an Electrical engineer with experience in grid connection agreements and have knowledge about distribution, regional distribution companies ways of working.
• Knowledge and experience in wind farms is valuable.
• You have ability to develop designs following basic specifications, and basic calculations.
• Experience from working in a multicultural and multidisciplinary projects
• You have ability regarding the Commercial perspective of negotiations.
Personal skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Swedish mother tongue and fluent in English

Our organisation
BU Wind is responsible for the development, construction, and operation of wind generation. We manage the maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of wind generation assets, safely and with the highest levels of availability and profitability.
We carry out the sourcing and development of wind projects as well as having the full responsibility for wind project execution. We also perform the structuring and execution of project partnerships in accordance with overall wind strategy.
