hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Prfco AB i Stockholm You will assist our programs by repairing tasks as an electrical engineer. You will work as part of a team to secure long-term supplier support as a subject matter expert. The main goal is to acquire repairs from suppliers on time by developing purchase scopes and managing day-to-day repair purchases. You're also responsible for all electronic, electrical, and mechanical equipment at PRFCO's Failure Mode Analysis and Repair procedures.
We're looking for someone who can analyze and fix complicated devices, repair, test, and process difficulties utilizing independent judgment for this role.
The role includes:
Manage daily requirements, managing purchase orders for repair parts.
Clarify and prepare the scope of upcoming requests
Handling routine maintenance devices
Actively estimates repair quotations
Challenge price increases or unreasonable price levels and seek the feasible result
Keep business system updated with relevant purchasing data
Take an active role in the department's future development.
Qualification and experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in failure analysis, diagnosis, debugging and repairing production of multi-discipline electronics equipment
Experience in telecom and energy products is a merit.
Working knowledge of statistical methods and process capability, ability to apply statistical tools - Cpk, GR&R, tests for differences, DOE
Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Electronics Engineering or similar fields)
PBA and electrical systems failure analysis expertise required
Quality improvement methods (Pareto, root cause analysis, FMEA, 8D/DMAIC, and so on)
Develop and maintain failure analysis and repair procedures documentation
Develop work instructions addressing all identified failure modes and repair process requirements
Personnel competence assessment
Training program for our sites
FA&R activities
Statistical & root cause analysis of failure modes
Consultation with PD & QA functions for continuous improvement objectives
Transfer of FA&R process to volume sites
Test, measurement, and instrument handling.
Understanding of Schematics and PCB design tools such as Cadence.
