In the factory in Falkenberg we are around 400 employees. We are a modern organization with high technology machines and mindset. Technology development and upgrading project are constantly on our agenda. Our productions are within fast moving consumer goods. In our factory we are producing diapers, incontinence products mostly for markets within Central- and East Europe.

About the role
As Electrical and Central systems Manager at Essity you are a role model within safety and take lead in creating standards for all technologies regarding electrical maintenance. You contribute to the achievements of the team and maintenance KPI: s such as cost, breakdowns and implementation of maintenance strategies. Furthermore, you create, implement and keep standards regarding electrical maintenance up to date where you also have the authority to create new maintenance strategies. You work with SAP-PM to make sure that the strategies are entered into the system. You collaborate with engineers and maintenance groups across departments where you also inform and educate personnel within maintenance and new standards. 17 people reports to you.
What you will do
Department manager for electricians and central systems
Responsible for operations and maintenance strategies and instructions for electric distribution and central systems in the factory
Coach and co-ordinate shift electricians and electrician specialists by skill development and to ensure correct knowledge level
Electrical installation manager (Anläggningsansvar) for the factory and responsible to appoint personnel allowed to work as electricians in the factory
Responsible for the department's budget and factory budget for electrical and central systems maintenance
Understand and apply vison of Zero stops & Zero Breakdowns, reduction of unplanned stops in daily work
Analyze and eliminate process issues related to central systems and factory electricity
Lead improvements within relevant areas, implement and follow up results
Take lead in Root Cause Analysis on a daily base with focus on maintenance and breakdowns

Who You Are
To enjoy this position it is important to have a good electrical understanding and to have a proactive and result focused mindset. Words like structured, responsible and quality conscious describe you well. It comes natural for you to think outside the box and you constantly strain to develop both your own and the maintenance work. Furthermore, you have good communication and coaching skills where you enjoy working together with other people.
You have:
University Degree within Electrical Engineering or equivalent production experience
Minimum 5 years' experience of equivalent work within electrical maintenance
5 + years experience as a Leader
Experience from working in a process industry
Fluent both verbal and written English and Swedish
Good knowledge in ERP SAP PM is an advantage
Project management experience is an advantage
