hela Sverige We are now looking to increase the Academy team at Quinyx with another Superstar who has got excellent experience around eLearning. The eLearning Producer will be a vital part in scaling our educational business in Sweden and other countries, by producing innovative, technical educational products that engage its users and intend to make them use our workforce management system efficiently.
Quinyx Academy delivers quality training sessions aiming to give all participants an excellent understanding of Quinyx WFM. We hold educational training for customers, partners and employees at Quinyx. Academy are the ones making sure that our customers get up to speed with the system quickly but we also give experienced users a chance to freshen up and/or further develop their knowledge within Quinyx.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Produce and develop engaging learning experiences around our system. Deliverables will include
technical training, gamification and videos for both computers and smartphones
Keep on top of industry trends and news in order to deliver a fun, engaging and up to date learning
material
Develop our webinars in an interactive way
Other duties and responsibilities related to activities within an educational department may occur in
addition to the above duties and responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities may change and develop as the company evolves
Skills!
Skilled in producing eLearning and ability to independently run projects
Loves tech and finds it easy to understand new systems
Ability to engage customers and drive high usage rates
Driven, enthusiastic and solution orientated
Excellent communicative ability in both English and Swedish and it would be great if you spoke German too
Experience with teaching, not only producing, eLearning and face-to-face educational interactions
Relevant academic degree
This is a brand new role at Quinyx and we expect you to take pride in being good at what you do and doing it well. You will own eLearning, implement and develop this at Quinyx! Our Academy team is of utmost importance to enable our customers to succeed with Quinyx and therefore we need to have a cutting edge approach as to how we develop our various training tools.
