HEAD OF ACCOUNTING/CONTROLLING
Responsible for TT Line AB Finance Department (4 persons) and Internal Services Department (2 persons), Sweden, reporting to Head of Finance/Organisation, Head Office, Germany
Main Tasks
Establish guidelines and priorities of the Finance Department to achieve the goals and objectives.
Close cooperation with German Accounting Department
Advise and control the Swedish TT-Line organisation in all aspects of financial impact
Main contact to banks and external auditors incl. tax authorities.
Provide controlling support for all Departments
Provide direction, alignment and motivation to Finance Department
Ensure the correct cost and deviation analysis
Ensure the good quality and timely discipline of the Department?s output
Ensure relevant information to the Department and rest of TT-Line
Ensure correct financial budgets, forecasts and reports
Working capital follow-up and measures to minimize same
Working with all IT systems with financial impact
Profile
Business degree
English fluent, German appreciated
5 years of experience in similar positions
Adequate computer skills, specially excel
Capabilities
