Our client is currently looking for an Invoicing Administrator (approx. 50% with option on more) for a 17 month contract, as a replacement for a parental leave. You will sit in our spacious and open plan factory-style campus, in the renovated former Ford assembly plant in Frihamnen.

This is a temporary contract filling in for a parental leave. The preferred start date is mid-April 2017, and the contract will run through August 2018.


About the team, role and responsibilities

The Business Support team is a unit within the company's Listings team, and provides sales and administrative support when new companies are in the process of being listed. The team also supports the Client Executives with their existing client relationships, and works on initiatives to further enhance and promote the Nordic listings business.

As Sales support your specific responsibility will be to ensure our accounting department receives all the necessary documentation for invoicing in a timely manner, and on a monthly basis you will perform certain checks to invoicing data files. This is an administrative role suited for a person with an eye for detail and the endurance to get all details right, while at the same time you are able understand our business model and see the bigger picture.

- Follow-up on projects and prepare invoicing documentation to the accounting department when projects are closed, and other preparation of invoicing documentation.
- Monitor and review data for issuer's corporate actions and prepare invoicing documentation based on this data.
- Monthly standard checks on system generated data files according to a given protocol, to ensure its correctness, before invoicing can take place.
- Regular contact with our business controller and accounting department, to keep up with any news and development in the function.
- Regular interaction with the rest of the Nordic Business Support and Listings team to keep up with the development of the business.
- You may also be involved in longer term projects and initiatives to improve our business.

Education, Professional Accomplishments and Certifications

- Education Required: Degree qualified in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Experience Required: At least 3 years
- Have a general understanding of the listings business, which you will attain during the training period
