The position is for a fixed part time contract (50%).
Daily responsibilities
To ensure that all daily transactions are recorded independently, accurately, producing good quality bookkeeping to aid Finance Manager Nordics when called upon.
Roles and responsibilities
Sales Ledger
Purchase Ledger
Receipts and payments
Invoicing e-mails
Other journals and general communication
Current month end responsibilities
Bank reconciliations
Credit Control
Purchase Ledger control reconciliation
To assist Finance Manager Nordics on other month end and year end tasks such as journal processing or even other reconciliations and helping with auditor questions when called upon
Additional Responsibilities
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Be organized and demonstrate strong attention to detail
A strong ambition and drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Deadline orientated and deliver tasks on a timely basis
Be structured and focused under time pressure
Be flexible and proactive and discuss with Finance Manager Nordics on any ideas concerning current processes employed as well as structure
2+ years experience within a Swedish organization and Swedish bookkeeping practices
Fluent in Swedish and English
Experience in Visma
Basic experience in Excel
