You now have an excellent opportunity to be a part of a Accounting team in a global and fast-moving company. Uniflex is looking for an Accountant that will take charge of accounts receivable (AR. As an AR Accountant you are reporting directly to the Senior Accountant Manager and the position is located in their Head Office in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities:
In the position as AR Accountant you will be one of three team members of the Accounting team and also work in close cooperation with the Business Control team and Consolidation. It will be your responsibility to prepare and send out invoices to our other companies and drive communications with them. Further you will be taking care of bank reconciliations on daily basis and help with processing expense claim reports and company card transactions as well as other similar tasks as needed. Within Accounts Receivable the focus areas will also include Intercompany balance reconciliations, analysis of AR related accounts and clearing of transit accounts. The invoice flows are complex, since it includes an operative responsibility for several of the legal entities within the Group, and an important part is therefore to work with process improvements of the circulation flow.
Professional qualifications/specific knowledge;
• University Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent education
• At least 1 years' previous experience from a similar position, ideally from a company with complex invoice flows
• A well-developed knowledge of accounting systems (preferably SAP) and solid Excel skills are required
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must, as English is the working language. Fluency or good skills in Swedish are a merit.
