Are you our next Accounting Clerk?
We are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk. The main role responsibilities are accounts payable, accounts receivable and managing payments an accurate, efficient and timely manner. Furthermore, as an accounting clerk, you interact with various stakeholders within all of our departments.

ASM Foods in Mjölby is part of the Barry Callebaut Group, and focuses on developing and producing customized fillings and coatings for the bakery, confectionery, dairy and ice cream industries. The site in Mjölby has two production facilities - one designed to produce waterbased products such as caramels, fruit fillings, and other sauces, and the other designed to produce fatbased products such as chocolate and compound coatings and fillings. Our production is agile and flexible, facilitating great new opportunities and creative product development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Intrastat reporting
Payments
Participation in the monthly closing and reporting
Understanding of best practice account payable processes, policies, and procedures
Other various tasks that appears in a finance department
Professional qualifications
High school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in similar roles
Experience in Microsoft Office Applications
Understanding of financial/ERP systems and accounting
Fluent Swedish and English (speaking, writing and reading) is a must.
Knowledge of Medius and/or Axapta will be a plus
Personal skills
A self-starter with strong ownership able to complete duties and responsibilities
Solution- and service minded
Proven ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy while maintaining a high volume of output
Ability to work with a continuous improvement mindset
