We are looking for an young agile economist with University degree in Business Administration / Accounting or similar. We are working in central Malmö from an office where we currently work 6 people, however in Sweden we are a total of 100 people working at clients premises and at our Stockholm Office. The company was founded in Malmö 1999 and now has 850 employees working out of 17 offices in 7 countries.

For this position you will work closely with our finance department in Skopje, but you will also be helpful in daily task at the the Malmö office. One of the more important characteristics we are looking for is a person interested to learn and to contribute to a fun working environment.

You will need to speak and write both perfect Swedish and good English, at the office we are today 2 Swedish speakers but all speak English.

• accounting (previous work in Dynamics / AX would be very good)
• registration of incoming and outgoing invoices
• handling of contracts for our rented apartments
• travel expense reports including credit cards
• reporting toward local authorities (SCB etc)
• social fees
• VAT declaration (Moms)
• other reporting
• Internal reporting
• monthly cost report
• cash flow report etc
• collection of time reports,
• salary calculations and deductions
• payouts
• finance team processes involvement
• Travel and Accommodation
• HR Administration
• employee contract management: creation of employment agreements, NDA's, extensions, terminations etc.
• support employees with document requests
• on-boarding activities for our new employees
• assist with work permit applications and extensions
