hela Sverige Lazzat Foods AB is a warehouse business that deals in food import and distribution within Sweden, the Nordics and certain EU countries. Lazzat Foods AB deals with dried and frozen Indian and middle-eastern food products that is a medium sized company on the rise. The company is located in Spånga, in the Lunda Industrial Complex.
Currently Lazzat Foods AB is looking for a Financial Assistant to join the team.
About the Position:
As a Financial Assistant, you will be responsible for keeping up to date with the company accounts with our recieveable and and payable accounts. You will be a link between our external financial partner and eventually take on the role as Accountant for the company.
You will carry out daily administrative tasks realted to accounting like invoicing and registering payments. Subsequently, you will also be helping with creating a cash flow for the MD of the company. You will also be occasionally asked to create financial reports of the comapny for the MD.
This means that you will have an overview of the entire financial process of the company.
You will eventually be taking on more responsibility, and for the right candidate, this will lead to better opportunities. The job is flexible in terms of the desciption and you may have to take on other tasks as required according to the needs of the company. This means that you may need to perform tasks outside of your job description, it is important that you dont feel that any job is below you.
For this role we require someone who is independent and responsible and who has a good work ethic. As we require someone who will be working with accounting, so attention to detail is an important quality.
This position is an entry level job, and we require someone who has studied Economics in University. Preferably, someone who has recently graduated and has graduated from Sweden. Someone who knows how to work with Visma Administration 2000 ERP system.
For this role it is integral that you are a native Swedish speaker with a good hold on the English language.
Lazzat Foods AB requires someone on an immediate basis. The role requires you to come into the office on a regular basis. The role is a full time job.

Qualifications:
Degree in Business and Economics from University in Sweden
Can work with ERP systems, or knows Visma ERP system.
Entry-level job
There will be a trial period of 3 months, with an extention to full time contract for the right candidate.
