To John Bean Technologies AB in Helsingborg we are looking for a HSE Specialist. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic, international and growing company where you have the possibility to work with Health, Security and Environment at their sites in Helsingborg.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
• You maintain and develop a systematic method of evaluating health safety and environment at JBT 's production sites in Sweden.
• You lead continuous improvements of EHS in Sweden and support other parts of the EMEA region as well.
• You manage the health, safety, environmental and security program to ensure compliance with established EHS policies and country regulatory practices.
• You work closely with all employees and management.
• You lead the Swedish work environmental committee and be responsible for the HSE budget.
THE JOB IN BRIEF
As an EHS Specialist you will have the key role maintaining and developing EHS for Sweden while working from the head office in Helsingborg. You report to the HR Director of the EMEA.
WHO ARE YOU?
To be successful in this role, you have a bachelor of Science Degree, preferably within Industrial Engineering or Safety/Environmental Management, or long experience within the field. You have 5-7 years of experience from EHS (or similar) from a manufacturing company. Good knowledge of Swedish regulations and laws is a requirement. Since JBT is an international company it 's important that you have great communications skills in English and Swedish both verbal and written. If you have knowledge in more languages and/or have experience of Lean and/or Six Sigma or similar, it is advantageous.
