We are looking for an engaged, collaborative professional who has the experience of managing projects along with having full product component ownership.
Who Are We?
We are the Embedded Electronic System (EES) function which is a part of the Technology organization at Volvo Construction Equipment. We are a part of the EES Platform that owns, develops and maintains the EES Hardware (HW) palette. Our components are the machine's backbone which enables highest efficiency of the machine.

What We Offer?
Our team consists of a variety of cross-functional professionals like System design engineers, EE Hardware engineers and Component owner s within the EES Platform. The team is responsible for designing, delivering & maintaining an EE Base System and electronic HW palette.
As a EES Component Owner, you will be involved in several interesting activities like release management and life cycle, collaborate and inspire the team, work both within projects and with the organization, and plan, coordinate and secure deliveries from the project team members based on the project plan.

Who Are You?
You are structured, organized, highly supportive with a great team spirit. You are also having great communication skills. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and you either speak Swedish or you are eager to learn.
You preferably have project management experience as well as a deeper understanding of electronic components like instrument cluster displays and electronic control units which you have gained from working in the industry or from relevant education in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering area.
Good to Have
You have shown good leadership skills in the past with your inspiring attitude towards your co-workers and your job.
You are structured and have good planning skills. You are an open and creative person with a can-do attitude.
