The Service Center department's primarily goal is to deliver excellent service to Klarna's customers, both to our end-consumers and to the e-stores using our payment services. To reach our goals we need the best agents - this is where you come in.

As an educator you will be a part of the Quality Team at Service Center which main focus is to provide all agents at the Service Center with the best opportunities to perform at their best. The Quality Team does this through the channels of quality assurance, user support and information flows. In this role you will have the opportunity to influence the development of our Service Center.

You will be responsible for education and development at Service Center. You will manage the whole process from learning it yourself, creating education material, following the progress and evaluate the results. The work is performed both face to face and through our online system. You will be working mostly with our e-learning system, making sure that we have up to date educations that capture the agents and make them learn in an engaging environment. We are currently changing our e-learning platform and you will play a big part in setting up a new way of working with online educations for our 600 agents in all of our different countries.

Preferred qualifications
• Excellent communication skills in English speaking and writing
• Strong communication and pedagogical skills
• You are an open person who can capture a crowd and quickly gain trust from others

Meritable qualifications
• Experience from working with online content, storytelling and education material in particular
• Experience from working in programs like adobe captivate and animation programs
