hela Sverige Comparative Medicine has the operational responsibility for the infrastructure supporting all aspects of use and care of laboratory animals.
We provide Laboratory Animal Science education and training (LAS E&T) as well as continuous professional development (CPD). We are now looking for a course administrator for the education unit.
Work description
The duties include recording and reporting of the study documentation system Ladok, administration heading information in the tool Ping-Pong and booking of classrooms in the program TimeEdit. We offer a variety of work with extensive teacher and student contacts.
Qualifications
We are seeking a person with experience of similar administrative tasks and relevant education. Experience of PingPong (or similar learning platform) LADOK, SELMA, KIWAS, TimeEdit, KI Survey and Websurvey is an advantage. You should be able to express yourself in both Swedish and English. You have good computer skills and can master the Microsoft Office package.
You are driven to deliver quality work and enjoy a combination of independent and routine tasks. It is important that you can work with many different projects and tasks in parallel.
As a person you are generally positive, service minded and has a great desire to learn new things. You are a creative and energetic problem solver who is not afraid to take own initiatives and make proposals.
Great emphasis is put on personal suitability of the applicant for this position.
