The Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship (SSES) is currently looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Education Registrar. The role is new and will have a focus on handling SSES' student registrations by supporting SSES Education Administration, SSES Course Assistants and our member schools before, during and after academic Bachelor, Master and PhD courses. In addition, the role will support SSES in administrating the school’s contact database, currently including more than 5000 unique individuals.
Areas of responsibility are:
1. Before and during courses collect student registrations for SSES courses from administration departments at our five member universities, and distribute them to SSES course management teams.
2. After the courses collect student course results from SSES course management teams and report them to the administration departments at our five member universities.
3. Continuously manage individual student expectations with respect to their registrations and course requirements and pre-requisites.
4. Responsibility for updates and availability of SSES education statistics.
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will also be responsible for administration, updating, and making available SSES contact database information. The database currently encompasses more than 5000 individuals, and is expected to grow by 1000 individuals annually.
As an important member of the SSES team, the successful applicant should have a genuine interest in administration and promotion of entrepreneurship and education. You should be diplomatic, flexible, open-minded and service-oriented. Good communication skills in Swedish and English are essential. Experience with academic environments, IT-based administration and entrepreneurship will be considered a merit.

With a mission to increase interest and knowledge in practical and interdisciplinary entrepreneurship, SSES is a joint initiative between Karolinska Institutet (KI), the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), Stockholm University (SU) and the University College of Arts,Crafts and Design (Konstfack). Uniting the region's top universities to provide a unique mix of backgrounds and competencies, we offer an academic programme and tailored events to help participants reach a variety of entrepreneurial goals.
To complement the academic course portfolio SSES also organizes a range of extra-curricular activities for hands-on student training in topics relevant for the striving entrepreneur. These include a public lecture series, a series of weekend workshops, international competitions, alumni seminars, and networking opportunities.
SSES is evolving rapidly and we offer the right candidate an exciting 50% position full of inspiring events and opportunities for personal development.
