Your tasks will include:
• Managing education projects commissioned by funding bodies, and directed towards schools, teachers and students.
• Coordinating the production of educational kits from internal and external resources to Arduino.
• Internal planning, scheduling, communication, and reporting of education projects.
• Time-reporting and HR management, and education projects-specific admin issues.
Arduino Verkstad AB is currently running a series of educational projects in Sweden, Spain and Ecuador. We are looking for a person to help manage those projects, but also help in the expansion to other markets.
You will become part of our project management team reporting directly to the Education Manager of Arduino, based at Arduino Verkstad AB and collaborating both with the Arduino SA?s CEO office in Switzerland and with members of the other Arduino companies in Europe. In this respect, we are looking forward to getting applications from candidates with outgoing and professional personalities.
You should be familiar to different tools for project administration like e.g. Basecamp or Microsoft Project. You should know about educational standards in documentation, education software tools and policies. We are looking for a flexible, driven, communicative, articulate, problem-solver. You should be ready to start working with us as soon as possible.
Arduino Verkstad is a multilingual company which means that you need to be fluent in English, Swedish knowledge is preferred.
