WORKING TASKS
The Education Coordinator works closely with the Associate Dean of Education at JIBS, supporting her with various tasks and projects. The position includes responsibility for a diverse set of activities related to JIBS education, such as:
- representing JIBS in matters to do with the central support functions at Jönköping University, e.g. Marketing, Study administration and International office
- coordination of JIBS total production plan
- coordination of JIBS commissioned teaching
- coordination and organization of JIBS teacher certification seminars
- coordination of JIBS Programme Director Team
- handling internal and external surveys, and general queries concerning JIBS education
- support external relations related to JIBS education
The holder of the position is a member of JIBS Council for Undergraduate and Master Education (CUME) as well as the External relations group at JIBS.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified applicants have an academic degree (BSc, Msc, PhD) and a verified ability to work independently, with qualified tasks and responsibility for delivery, as well as verified ability to communicate and engage in successful collaboration with co-workers. Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish is also a demand.
Previous experience of working in international environments, teaching in higher education, project management are all considered as merit. To be successful, we believe that you do well in building relationships, have a structured approach and is self-propelled.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
SALARY
The University practice individual salary, please indicate salary requirements.
INFORMATION
The position is full-time.
Duty at evenings and weekends may occur, likewise some travel
It is a permanent position, however 6-month probationary employment is normally applied
Starting date is to be agreed upon.
