About the position
As a Professional Education Coordinator, you will report to the Nordic Professional Education Manager and collaborate closely with colleagues across different product areas. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, especially during peak seasons. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing event logistics, and ensuring compliance with Nordic MedTech regulations.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the main contact for healthcare professionals, meeting organizers, and local trade associations.
• Administer and maintain documentation for compliance purposes, ensuring efficient and compliant event processes.
• Manage all Health Care Compliance (HCC) documentation, including event registration, contract creation, and maintaining records in the HCC Life System.
• Handle participant registrations for EMEA courses using the C-Vent registration system.
• Oversee logistics for travel and meetings through American Express, including requests and budget management.
• Manage purchase orders and invoice handling for all event-related expenses via the eMarketplace.
• Register contracts in the ICD system and distribute event materials such as programs, certificates, name badges, and evaluation forms.
• Coordinate payments and expense reimbursements for healthcare professionals.
• Track the number of customers trained and perform budget follow-ups.
Your profile
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of high school education required.
• Prior experience in MedTech, Pharma, or event management is beneficial.
• Located in Stockholm, Sweden.
• Proficiency in one Nordic language and intermediate English skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in project management and administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
