We aim to be our customers' first choice. Right now we are looking for a Reporting System Professional for our ECS Service team.
The mission of the ECS Service team is to introduce new requirements as well as secure and improve the overall quality, efficiency and availability of the Epiroc Group Consolidation system ECS (SAP BPC), SAP BW, ICE and Salmon. The team is mainly based in Stockholm but have team members on global locations, and work tightly with the Group Financial Reporting and Control team of Epiroc.
Job description
The ECS system (SAP BPC) will be the key component for the legal and operational reporting of the Epiroc Group. As part of the legal reporting, Epiroc will after the planned listing on the Stock Exchange in Q2 2018 be committed to send out their data each quarter to the stock market. Failing to do so would have a major impact on the value of the stocks and thus the ECS system needs to be considered the most critical system inside Epiroc Group.
• You will support the monthly reporting process ensuring smooth data flow from different systems.
• You will solve various ad hoc issues raised by Epiroc's Customers Centers, Product Companies, colleagues abroad and Epiroc's Group Financial Reporting & Control via virtual Service Desk.
• You will support maintenance of different applications and reports.
• You will train and support customers and colleagues in the different financial systems and tools (e.g. SAP Business Warehouse - reporting platform, ECS - Epiroc Consolidation System), ICE - intercompany reconciliation).
• You will work in close cooperation with development teams responsible for 2nd or 3rd level support of the reporting applications.
• You will actively participate in global group projects interacting with other project members.
• Since our customers and other colleagues are located abroad, you should eventually be prepared to do some travelling.

The position reports to the ECS Service Manager of Epiroc Group (the Application Manager Business). The ECS Service team will be a newly established team in the Epiroc Group, part of the department Group Financial Reporting and Control, GFC.
Experience requirements
You have 1-3 years professional experience in reporting with interest in IT or 1-3 years technical experience with interest and knowledge of financial systems/processes. Overall knowledge/professional experience with SAP ECC/SAP BW/SAP BPC is considered as an asset.
