Then this role is for you!About the roleIn order to improve and develop the work within the product range of acoustic ceilings, Ecophon is now searching for a Product Range Manager based at the head office in Hyllinge, outside Helsingborg. In this role, you will report to the Product Marketing Manager.You feel at home in a dynamic environment where a "make it happen" philosophy is strong. You will be running long-term product development projects stretching from 6 to 24 months. In close dialogue with the business units around the world your product knowledge and pricing expertise will business happen on a daily basis. The role also consists of analysing and supervising your products. Hence, your position will entail a quite diverse set of areas: long-term projects, day-to-day business, product management and analysis.Main responsibilities:Product managementStrategic pricingAnalysis and supervision of existing product rangeProduct launches and follow-upsProduct training, both internal and externalContribute to the sales development in cooperation with our Business UnitsDaily operational tasks towards our Business UnitsMonitoring the market competitionIssuing and approving the EPA (External Price Agreement)Support other resources within the Market Department when necessaryBackground and profileThe ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or Engineering with a focus on Marketing or equivalent. You have minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. As international contacts are an important part of the work, experience of product management in an international environment is highly valued.To be able to handle the position you need to be creative, self-motivated, analytical and have a solid commercial drive and technical interest. It is important that you also have well-developed ability to communicate and possess pedagogical skills. As international contacts are an important part of the work, good skills in spoken and written English is necessary.
